Pre-order rules at Mglisty Sklep

  1. A pre-order product is a product ordered before its premiere or before its physical arrival at the store's warehouse.

  2. The release date, delivery date, or the earliest possible shipping date is always on the product page. It should be checked before purchase.

  3. Orders containing pre-order products will be shipped no earlier than one day after the product's release date or after the date indicated on the product page.

  4. The release date or shipping start date does not mean that the customer will receive the package on that exact day or the next day. It only means that from that moment, we can begin fulfilling orders.

  5. Pre-orders are processed in the order they are placed. Those who ordered the product earlier will be served earlier.

  6. Pre-order shipping may take up to 2 weeks from the release date or the shipping start date indicated on the product page. This is due to the number of orders, manual packing, and shipping organization.

  7. If a single order contains both an in-stock product and a pre-order product, the entire order will only be shipped when all products in the order are ready for shipment.

  8. If the customer wishes to receive in-stock products earlier, they should place separate orders: one for available products, and one for pre-order products.

  9. If a customer places several orders that can be shipped around the same time to the same address or to the same recipient details, the store may combine them into a single shipment. This applies particularly to orders containing pre-order products. We do this for organizational and ecological reasons, to avoid sending multiple separate packages where one can be safely sent. Combining orders does not automatically imply a refund of shipping costs, unless the store decides otherwise in a specific situation.

  10. Pre-orders may experience delays beyond the store's control, for example, on the part of the printing house, gadget manufacturer, supplier, carrier, or customs clearance/transport. In such a situation, the store will inform customers about changes as soon as it has specific information.

  11. Requests to expedite a single pre-order will not be processed out of turn. The order of orders applies to everyone.

  12. If a pre-order product has a limited edition, its availability may end before its release. Adding a product to the cart does not mean it is reserved — an order is only effective after it has been placed and paid for.

  13. For personalized, signed, or specially prepared products, standard returns may not apply. Information about such a restriction is provided with the product.

  14. Before purchasing a pre-order product, please ensure that the provided delivery address will be current at the time of planned shipment. If the address is to change, the customer should contact the store by email as early as possible.

  15. Placing a pre-order means accepting that the product will not be shipped immediately, and the waiting time is longer than for standard sales.

  16. In the case of pre-orders, special book boxes may be prepared and sent first, as their assembly requires more work, additional securing, and separate packing organization. The store reserves the right to determine the order of shipments in such a way as to ensure the entire pre-order fulfillment process runs as smoothly and safely as possible.
